Indonesian Elegance Coral
This Elegance coral carries its spiderweb patterning across the full body and tip, not just the tentacles — a paler, more pastel toxic-green tone than most, finished with bright blue-tipped tentacles that fan out gracefully in flow.
Care basics
- Care level: Moderate. Elegance coral has a reputation in the hobby for being trickier to keep long-term than most similarly-rated LPS — worth knowing before adding one to a newer setup.
- Lighting: Medium.
- Flow: Low to moderate, indirect.
- Placement: Free-living — place on sand rather than mounting on rock, and give it clearance from other corals; Elegance carries a noticeable sting.
- Feeding: Benefits from occasional feeding of meaty foods.
