Wolverine Favia
Wolverine Favia carries a vivid, almost neon-green ridged body with a single bright blue-centred mouth breaking up the colour — sharp, high-contrast, and genuinely eye-catching under lighting. Favia corals are known for their huge range of colours, and this one leans firmly into bold, saturated green rather than a softer or more muted tone.
Favia corals come in a huge variety of colours and are generally very easy to keep, making this a strong pick if you want serious visual impact without a demanding coral.
Care basics
- Lighting: Low to moderate. Tolerates a wide range, and does well lower in the tank.
- Flow: Low to moderate. Gentle flow is best.
- Water chemistry: Stable calcium, alkalinity and magnesium matter more than chasing exact numbers.
- Feeding: Not required, but it will take finer coral foods if offered.
- Placement: Favia extend sweeper tentacles at night, so give it space from neighbouring corals.
Supplied as a 2+cm frag on a plug.
