Pandora Zoa Frag

Pandora is sometimes called “Pink and Gold” for good reason — a golden-yellow centre with a radiating, almost starburst pattern, set against a skirt of pink shading into magenta. It’s a genuinely striking combination that catches the eye even in a tank full of colour, and the speckled centre can shift subtly with your lighting.

Like most zoas, it’s a fast grower once settled, budding outward to build a colony over time.

Care basics

  • Lighting: Low to moderate. Tolerates a wide range, though the speckled pattern can look different under stronger blues.
  • Flow: Moderate to high. Keeps detritus off the polyps and supports steady growth.
  • Water chemistry: Stable calcium, alkalinity and magnesium matter more than chasing exact numbers.
  • Feeding: Not required, but occasional fine-particle feeding can help growth and colour.
  • Handling: Contains palytoxin, as all zoanthids do. Never handle out of water, and wear gloves when fragging.

Supplied as 5+ zoas on a frag plug.
