This Pastel Hulk Torch takes the classic “Hulk” green torch and dials it into softer, more muted tones — pastel green stems and stalks, each finished with a bright, glowing teal-green tip that stands out clearly against the gentler body colour. It’s a calmer green than some of the more saturated “toxic” variants in the hobby, making it a good choice if you want green without it dominating the tank.

Torches are widely regarded as one of the most stunning LPS species for general display, and the tip colour here really comes alive under blue or actinic lighting.

Care basics

• Lighting: Mid to high, though tolerates a wide range.
• Flow: Moderate and random. Avoid blasting it with direct heavy flow — this can damage the coral.
• Water chemistry: Stable calcium, alkalinity and magnesium matter more than chasing exact numbers.
• Feeding: Not required, but it will take larger meaty foods or powdered foods like Reef-Roids if offered.
• Placement: Torches carry a strong sting and can reach further than expected once fully extended — give it real space from neighbouring corals.
